Tiffany Hicks, MSM, MCD is a certified executive coach, facilitation specialist, and leadership consultant with more than 20 years of experience in community development, organizational effectiveness, and small business growth. She is formally trained through an International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited coach training program and brings a practical, results-driven coaching style to her work with executives, emerging leaders, and entrepreneurs.

Tiffany is known for delivering high-impact learning experiences that strengthen leadership capacity, elevate workplace culture, and support sustainable development. She has provided coaching and training to a wide range of professionals across sectors—including financial services, technology, education, and community-based organizations.

Her consulting portfolio includes collaborations with People Fund, SCORE, Capital One Bank, Samsung, and Verizon Wireless, where her contributions have led to improved financial outcomes, increased workforce efficiency, and resilient organizational cultures. Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Management and a Master’s in Community Development from Prairie View A&M University, and she is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Urban and Regional Planning at Jackson State University with a focus on Community Development and Housing. She is also deeply committed to service and equity, supporting Houston-area nonprofits through ongoing philanthropy and volunteerism.
