Sofía Reyes

Sofía Reyes is a proud resident of Maryland, where she is currently studying Construction Management at Prince George’s Community College with plans to pursue her Bachelor’s degree at another university. Sofía was born in the United States, but her cultural heritage stems from El Salvador, a country that fascinates her. She loves exploring El Salvador’s rich history, vibrant culture, and beautiful landscapes, and frequently visits to deepen her connection with her roots. Sofía is bilingual in English and Spanish, and possesses the “Seal of Biliteracy” certification from the state of Maryland. Sofía’s culture is very important to her and she loves to continuously learn more about it.

In addition to her academic pursuits, Sofía is deeply passionate about her relationship with Christ. Her faith is a cornerstone of her life, guiding her actions and inspiring her to be a positive influence in the world. Sofia finds strength, purpose, and joy in her faith, and it plays a significant role in shaping her character and values.

Sofía also continuously strives to strengthen her leadership skills. She believes that strong leadership abilities are valuable assets that can be applied in various fields, including the construction industry. With a solid foundation in construction management and a dedication to personal growth, Sofía is eager to make a positive impact in both her professional endeavors and in serving others.
