Shrryl A. Huff

Shrryl Angelyn Huff is an experienced IT leader, coach, and training specialist with more than 20 years of experience delivering workforce development, coaching, and technical training in complex federal and enterprise environments, including the U.S. Department of the Treasury – IRS. She partners with leaders and teams to improve delivery effectiveness across Agile and Waterfall methodologies while strengthening governance, risk management, and organizational capability.

Shrryl brings a unique blend of technical depth and people-focused leadership, grounded in IT systems, process improvement, and organizational psychology. She is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt–trained professional and is widely recognized for helping teams build confidence, improve performance, and successfully adapt to change.

Her background includes extensive experience as a Senior Programmer Analyst specializing in mainframe technologies at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of the National Capital Area, as well as six years as a Training Specialist, Curriculum Developer, and Technical Coach at the U.S. Senate Computer Center, delivering instructor-led and computer-based training in complex enterprise systems environments.
