The International Coaching & Leadership Institute (ICLI) partnered with Bermuda College to provide a customized coaching program.

The curriculum of the program is grounded in our three-pronged model: Leadership, Ownership, and Accountability. Participants receive extensive foundational training on the principles of coaching core competencies, ethical standards, and leadership development. Program graduates walk away with hands-on application of core competencies and best practices needed to better coach and meet the challenges of the “new normal.”

The Coaching Foundations Certificate Program covers 30 hours of training using a framework covering ICF coaching core competencies and transformational leadership.
