Program Features

The Expert Coach Immersion-Intensive (ECI-I) Program, presented by ICLI RISING, the International Coaching & Leadership Institute RISING, is an essential program designed to refine the abilities of both new and experienced coaches. Over the span of three weeks, this 72-hour intensive training delves deeply into the ICF Core Competencies and the Code of Ethics.

The program offers a comprehensive journey that includes Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) training, essential Business 101 Tools, coaching practicums, and niche identification. Additionally, participants benefit from marketing templates and 10 hours of mentor coaching, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge necessary for a successful coaching practice. Live coaching demonstrations and lectures from subject-matter experts provide practical insights and real-world applications.

ICLI RISING’s education approach is built on a three-pronged model focusing on Leadership, Ownership, and Accountability. This framework is crucial for teaching resilient leadership and establishing a robust business infrastructure, empowering coaches to effectively support both individuals and corporate teams.
