International Coaching & Leadership Institute (ICLI) has partnered with Bermuda College for the opportunity to provide you the CFC Program.
The Coaching Foundations Certificate (CFC) Program is offered in a three-day intensive or five-week format. The curriculum is grounded in our three-pronged model: Leadership, Ownership, and Accountability.
Participants receive 30 hours of extensive foundational training on the principles of coaching core competencies, ethical standards, and leadership development. Program graduates walk away with hands-on application of core competencies and best practices needed to better coach and meet the challenges of the “new normal”.
