Delfina Franco is a passionate leadership and compliance professional dedicated to building cultures of integrity, strategic thinking, and organizational transformation. As a certified Human Resources professional (aPHRi™), she bridges the gap between compliance frameworks and people-centered leadership.

Delfina’s expertise spans compliance automation, process improvement, and cross-cultural collaboration across Lusophone Africa and Brazil. She actively champions women in compliance through her leadership of the Compliance Women Committee (CWC) África Lusófona, where she facilitates knowledge-sharing, learning, and professional growth spaces that foster diversity in integrity fields.

Her work aligns deeply with ICLI Rising’s mission of co-creating freedom through coaching and leadership development. Delfina is currently pursuing coach training to elevate her impact in executive coaching and leadership development, particularly for BIPOC professionals and organizations navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

She believes that compliance is not just about rules—it’s about creating strategic, accessible, and future-ready cultures of integrity. Through coaching, Delfina empowers leaders to transform compliance challenges into opportunities for growth, accountability, and ethical excellence.
