Mentor Coach & Instructor
Archana Bharathan is an ICF-PCC-certified executive coach and organizational psychology practitioner, Zen Leadership coach, and yoga instructor who works at the intersection of leadership development, adult development, systems thinking, and somatic intelligence.

Archana has designed and facilitated leadership development programs for institutions including MIT, Wharton, Yale, Columbia, and UC Berkeley, contributing to the development of more than 50,000 executives across six continents. Her facilitation combines conceptual clarity with embodied practice, helping participants move beyond insight into lived behavioral change.
