Syrena N. Williams, JD, MBA, PCC, is an executive coach, facilitator, and leadership development strategist with over two decades of experience supporting individuals, teams, and organizations in achieving meaningful and sustainable growth. As an International Coaching Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Syrena teaches and embodies the ICF Core Competencies, creating spaces where clients can deepen self-awareness, expand perspective, and take aligned, intentional action.

Syrena is the Founder and Chief Transformation Officer of Practical Skills University, a boutique coaching and consulting firm dedicated to creating transformational experiences that empower people to reach their full potential. Her work integrates coaching, facilitation, and practical skill-building to support both personal and professional development.
