Her nine-year tenure as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant at Gallup was pivotal, where she shaped the global education of CliftonStrengths coaches and empowered tens of thousands of leaders across organizations like Twitter, Southwest Airlines, Stanford University, and Highmark Healthcare.
She specializes in translating cutting-edge research into actionable tools that help coaches and leaders build thriving, resilient practices. Today, Jessica channels this expertise into her visionary venture as CEO and Co-founder of Craft of Coaching, a heart-centered community of 260+ coaches of color.
