Femi Odelusi

Femi Odelusi is an accomplished executive and leadership coach with over three decades of experience in leadership development, organisational transformation, and business agility.

An ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), EMCC Senior Practitioner, and Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), he combines executive, systemic, and team coaching with agile leadership and digital transformation practices.

He currently serves as Director of Education & Credentialing Support and Chapter Leader for the ICF Nigeria Charter Chapter, and as Director of Finance for the Business Agility Institute UK. A certified ICF Coaching Education Provider, Femi also holds a Certificate of Proficiency in Mentor Coaching Competencies for ICF Credentialing.
