Life Coach and Professional Counselor
With more than 20 years of experience, soon to be Dr. Hill, LaTonya has built a distinguished career at the intersection of education, leadership, counseling, justice-involved care, and behavioral health. With advanced degrees in curriculum and instruction, counseling psychology, and higher education leadership, she leverages her academic expertise to design programs that transform both individuals, organizations and institutions. She has managed and directed reentry programs in large correctional facilities, and university
Dr. LaTonya M. Hill will hold a Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership (Ed.D.) from Capella University, in May 2026, a Specialist Degree in Education – Curriculum & Instruction from Nova Southeastern University, a Master of Science in Counseling & Psychology from Troy University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Education – Public Health & Health Education from Georgia College & State University.
She is a Certified Life Coach and Professional Counselor with additional certifications in Anger Management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Moral Recognition Therapy (MRT), Value-Based Proposition, Trauma-Informed Care, Train the Trainer, CPR, and Project Management,
She currently serves as Assistant Director for two online programs at Morehouse School of Medicine, where she provides leadership in program development, faculty engagement, and student success. In addition, she has taught as an Adjunct Professor in psychology, human growth and development, and anatomy, a Master lever applied practical experience course, She has authored a book and developed resource guides for returning.
Her professional expertise spans executive leadership, curriculum design, organizational development, and professional training. Dr. Hill is passionate about education, leadership, and personal transformation, empowering individuals to lead with purpose, embrace resilience, and create lasting change. She is equally committed to helping organizations thrive by driving meaningful impact and sustainable growth, while bridging the gap in justice care by transforming challenges into opportunities for equity, healing, and hope.
