Frederick C. Sanders, Ph.D., MCC

Dr. Frederick C. Sanders, affectionately known as Freddy, hails from Baton Rouge, LA. Freddy is a life-long learner with a passion for creativity, personal development, and human empowerment. Following an 18-year career in graphic design, he embarked upon a new creative path in 2018. This 5-year-long journey culminated in Freddy becoming an award-winning, international leadership coach, speaker, author, and visionary.

Freddy’s coaching career spans several years of service as an executive coach for numerous organizations, including Lyra Health, BetterUp, CoachHub, Black Executive Men, and The Vision Investment. Additionally, he gives back to the institution where he earned two certifications, Ideal Coaching Global, serving as a senior staff coach, ICF mentor coach, and training facilitator.

In 2022, Freddy completed his M.A. and Ph.D. in professional coaching and human development from the International University of Professional Studies. His studies included focus areas of ontology, mindfulness, ecology, and cognitive behavioral coaching.

In 2023, Freddy proudly joined the 2% of elite coaches worldwide holding the prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). A few months later, he was awarded 2023 Gold Winner for Best Executive Coach.

Also known as The Freedom Architect™ in his private coaching practice, Freddy’s mission centers on partnering with high-impact men of color to design their grandest visions of total, uninterrupted freedom. Driven by a vision of integrity, agency, and freedom among all life on Earth, Freddy aspires to generate a world where the highest sense of each virtue emerges.
