Administrative Assistant*
Responsible for a range of administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Assist with travel arrangements and event planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.

Bookkeeper*
Maintaining our organization’s financial health. Responsibilities include recording financial transactions, reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and managing payroll. A keen eye for detail, proficiency in financial software, and knowledge of accounting principles are essential. The Bookkeeper ensures accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, providing critical support for sound financial decision-making within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare and process payroll.
- Generate financial reports and statements.

Enrollment Ambassadors*
Serves as a crucial link between our institute and prospective students or clients. This role involves disseminating information, answering inquiries, and offering guidance on enrollment procedures. You will represent out values, promoting our programs and benefits to potential students or clients. Effective communication, a welcoming demeanor, and a strong understanding of our offerings are key to success in this role. Ambassadors also participate in outreach activities, fostering relationships with other schools and educational organizations to expand our reach.
Responsibilities:
- Attend recruitment events.
- Provide information about admissions requirements, programs, and financial aid.
- Assist prospective students with the application and enrollment process.
- Conduct campus tours and showcase facilities.

Certified Coach
Position Summary: ICLI RISING is seeking a dynamic and experienced Certified Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality coaching services to clients, facilitate their personal and professional growth, and support them in achieving their goals. The Certified Coach will use their expertise to create a positive, impactful coaching experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to support their personal and professional development.
- Develop and implement customized coaching plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
- Utilize coaching methodologies and tools to facilitate client self-discovery, goal setting, and action planning.
- Provide feedback and accountability to clients to help them stay on track with their goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all coaching interactions.
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including college students, new leaders, and managers.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and overcome obstacles and challenges.
- Track and document client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and best practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications:
- Certified Coach with a recognized coaching certification (ICF credential preferred).
- Proven experience in coaching, preferably in a professional setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong understanding of coaching principles, methodologies, and ethics.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for helping others achieve their potential.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Â International Coach Federation (ICF) certification (ACC, PCC, or MCC) is highly preferred.
- Experience in a specific coaching niche (e.g., executive, career, life coaching).
Working Conditions:
This position may require occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate client schedules. Some travel may be required for in-person coaching sessions or professional development events.
