Our team of training and facilitation experts are also ICF-credentialed coaches with a passion for transformation and leadership development. The curriculum is grounded in our four-pronged model of Leadership\, Ownership\, Accountability\, and Momentum approach. Students receive extensive training on the foundations of coaching\, coaching with resilient leadership\, and business infrastructure. Extending beyond just teaching “the what” of coaching to introducing techniques that assist in uncovering “the who” within their clients. This approach enables a deeper understanding and connection between coach and client.
